Refund Policy
We thank you for visiting the Ground Productions website and supporting PLAY AGAIN with your purchase.  If the product(s) you receive is defective, we are happy to replace it at no charge to you.  Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to exchange your product for one of equal value. Delivery Confirmation / Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy: We will ship almost all of our products USPS or FedEx. We will ship all products ground unless you have a special expedited shipping request. We will ship you your product within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. You should receive your product within 2 weeks of placing your order on-line or longer if you live outside the United States. If for some reason there is a delay on our end, we will contact you to let you know the adjusted delivery time that you should expect.

Delivery & Access Policies:  You will receive an order confirmation number sent to the email address that you provide us upon placing your order. Please keep this information in a safe place. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs of processing your order online please contact us immediately and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
